2024 All-Star Game Starters

The All-Star Game presented by Mastercard is fast approaching, and the starters for the 2024 game have been revealed. Get ready to see some of the biggest superstars in baseball take the field for the American League and National League on July 16 at Globe Life Field.

American League

Leading the way for the American League are the Orioles with two starters, including Gunnar Henderson, who is making his first All-Star Game appearance. Henderson has been a catalyst for the Orioles offense this season, with impressive stats that secured him a starting spot.

Jose Altuve of the Astros is also a starter for the sixth time in his career, showcasing his talent and consistency on the field. Joining him is the feared slugger Yordan Alvarez of the Astros, making his first All-Star Game start after being a reserve in previous years.

In the outfield, Aaron Judge of the Yankees, leading the Majors in various categories, will take the field alongside Juan Soto of the Yankees, who is making his first All-Star Game start after multiple appearances as a reserve.

National League

Over in the National League, the Phillies have three starters, including Bryce Harper, who is a veteran All-Star with an impressive track record. Joining him is catcher William Contreras of the Brewers, earning his second career All-Star selection.

Shortstop Trea Turner of the Phillies is back in prime form after a hamstring injury, earning his second career starter election. Ketel Marte of the D-backs is also making a comeback to the All-Star Game after his breakout season in 2019.
