The Government’s Recommendation
Considering Powell’s level of involvement and her unapologetic stance, the government has recommended a sentence of 96 months of imprisonment. Along with this, she is expected to serve three years of supervised release.
Financial Obligations
Additionally, Powell will be required to pay $2,753 in restitution as a consequence of the damages caused during the riot. Furthermore, she will have to pay $555 in special assessment fees.
