Man Arrested for Sexual Assault at UCLA Campus

A male suspect has been taken into custody for allegedly sexually assaulting a female student in her dorm room at UCLA in Westwood, Los Angeles. The incident took place in the early hours of the morning at Saxon Residential Suites on De Neve Drive.

Suspect Apprehended After Intensive Search

The suspect, identified as Jeffery Brewer, 41, was arrested late Friday night following a swift and thorough investigation by the UCLA Police Department. He reportedly entered the victim’s room and committed the assault before fleeing the scene. Thankfully, the victim received immediate medical attention.

Charges Pressed Against the Accused

Brewer faces multiple charges, including assault with intent to commit a felony, false imprisonment, burglary, and forcible sexual penetration. He is currently detained at the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department Inmate Reception Center with a bail set at over $1 million.
