Temidayo Aganga-Williams ’08: Investigating the U.S. Capitol Attack

Temidayo Aganga-Williams ’08, a distinguished Furman alumni, has embarked on a remarkable journey in the legal field. Prior to August 2023, he had only revisited Furman once in 2013 during his early legal career. Since then, he has accumulated valuable experiences, working as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of New York and eventually becoming a partner at Selendy Gay Elsberg in New York City.

However, it was his role as senior investigative counsel on the U.S. House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol that truly propelled Aganga-Williams into the spotlight. His insights have been sought after by major media outlets such as CNN, MSNBC, The Washington Post, and The Wall Street Journal.
