Tragic Discovery in Greece
Authorities in Greece have confirmed that a body believed to be that of missing British TV presenter Michael Mosley was discovered on a rocky coast of a Greek island.
Discovery and Identification
The body was found by a private boat on the island of Symi, pending formal identification. The island’s mayor, Lefteris Papakalodoukas, was on board with media representatives when they spotted the body above Agia Marina beach.
Prominent Career
Mosley, 67, is renowned in Britain for his television and radio appearances, as well as his column in the Daily Mail newspaper. He gained international recognition for his 2013 book ‘The Fast Diet’ and subsequent contributions to the field of diet and exercise.
Controversial Experiments
Known for pushing his body to extremes to test the effectiveness of his diets, Mosley once lived with tapeworms in his guts for a BBC documentary. He has four children with his wife, Clare Bailey Mosley, who is also a doctor and author.
