The discussion focused on best practices for local governments to establish effective partnerships with philanthropy, unions, and NGOs in order to train and connect American workers to job opportunities. The Investing in American Technical Assistance Guide and the White House Workforce Hubs were highlighted as valuable resources for ensuring equitable access to good jobs for all.

During the roundtable, senior officials from the Biden-Harris Administration were present, including Tom Perez, Steve Benjamin, Brendan Danaher, Harin Contractor, Ryan Berni, Stephanie Sykes, Michael Smith, and Tom West.
