On a recent Saturday night in Ocean City, New Jersey, a 15-year-old boy fell victim to a stabbing incident while on the boardwalk, as reported by CBS News.

Sgt. Dan Lancaster of the OCPD mentioned that the altercation occurred on the 1000 block of the boardwalk, leading to the teenager being stabbed by an unidentified male suspect. The injured teen received immediate treatment on-site before being transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City. Fortunately, the injuries sustained were not life-threatening.

Ocean City Mayor Jay A. Gillian expressed concern over the rise in incidents involving large groups of teenagers exhibiting disruptive behavior. Despite the challenges faced during the start of Memorial Day Weekend, law enforcement responded swiftly to restore order on the boardwalk, leading to multiple arrests. Mayor Gillian emphasized zero tolerance towards such actions, warning both parents and teenagers about the consequences of unruly behavior.
