Salvage crews have made a grim discovery at the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore. The remains of the final construction worker, José Mynor López, have been located.

The 37-year-old Baltimore resident was tragically killed when the bridge collapsed after being struck by a ship. Officials overseeing the recovery efforts confirmed his identity on Tuesday.
