Cheney Criticizes Trump’s Stance on January 6 Rioters

Former Representative Liz Cheney (R-WY) has once again spoken out against GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump. Cheney condemns Trump’s promise to pardon the January 6 rioters he refers to as “hostages.”

According to Cheney, over 90% of the rioters in jail are there for assaulting police officers, making it concerning to consider their release.

Trump has indicated that he would likely pardon a significant number of the rioters, claiming they are wrongly imprisoned.
