On a Saturday afternoon, a devastating incident occurred near the West Portal Muni station in San Francisco. A car struck a bus shelter, resulting in two fatalities, including a child, and injuring three others.

Four individuals were present at the bus stop on Ulloa Street and Lenox Way when an eastbound Mercedes SUV collided with the shelter at around 12:13 p.m.
